Shipping Policy
Shipping Is Based On Order Value: (Kindly Note:Â Sale Orders Might Take Longer To Deliver)
- Order Price R0 - R600 = Standard Shipping (Delivers At Your Door) = Shipping Cost R 75
- Order Price R600 & Above = Free Standard Shipping (Delivers At Your Door) = Shipping Cost Free
- Pickup Option Available Â
Order processing takes between 1 to 5 business days. After order processing, delivery will take 3 to 5 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Within 48 hours of your Order having been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, a tracking number and a link to track your Order.
Return Policy
At LashXtend, we take pride in providing high-quality products and ensuring our customers’ satisfaction. Please carefully read our return and refund policy below:
1. No Refunds on Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
• The product is defective.
• An incorrect product was sent.
• The product is returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
3. Inspection Process
• Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria.
• Refunds will only be processed after a successful inspection.
• Products that fail inspection (e.g., used or not in original condition) will not qualify for a refund.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product:
• For incorrect orders placed by the client, the client is responsible for both return and delivery shipping costs.
• For defective or incorrect items sent by us, we will cover the shipping costs.
5. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
• Contact us at info@lashxtend.co.za within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
• Follow the instructions provided for returning the product.
6. Processing Time
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
